Growing up in Spain, Martin found himself encouraged to explore a career in Engineering because of his love of problem solving. This is still the main aspect of his job that he loves today. He also enjoys the interaction with the multiple disciplines involved in taking a project from concept to completion. As one of our Associates, Martin is rightly proud of his development and the career he has built since moving to the UK.
