Matt found himself on building sites, working with his dad, during the summer holidays  and his love of construction blossomed from there. He enjoys the variety of challenges that every job brings and attending site to see his designs come to life. Matt plays and coaches rugby in his spare time and has even been awarded a Wasps Cap.
