Appointed at RIBA Stage 2, Tullys provided site wide Structural and Civil Engineering advice to East Thames and the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham. Services included detailed Flood Risk Assessments, drainage strategies including diversions, and structural solutions. Following the achievement of planning permission, approval from the Environment Agency and technical approval from Thames Water, Tullys has provide detailed design for Phases A1, B1 and B2.
