This development is located in the centre of Loughborough Junction and is bound on two sides by raised viaducts and is adjacent to the station platform. It comprises of 134 new homes and approximately 4,000m2 of commercial space on a former industrial site.
A podium deck rises to second floor across the site forming a single block; from this, four blocks rise respectively varying from 6 to 17 storeys. Tullys provided civil and structural engineering input into the scheme to Peabody for planning and were subsequently appointed by the design and build contractor to complete the detailed design for construction.
