This redevelopment created 156 high-end residential dwellings by way of conversion and refurbishment of the listed structures, five new build flat blocks, and a two-storey basement car park and spa facility. All set within extensively landscaped grounds.
Covering 1.2ha the Kidderpore Avenue site contains six Grade II listed buildings which date from the mid-19th Century and are of significant local interest. Tullys led all structural, conservation and underground drainage engineering from planning, through the detailed design and construction. This included a structural appraisal of the existing buildings, basement impact assessments along with heritage and conservation agreements.
