Tallest Brick Clad Building in the UK

Prior to Tullys being brought on board at RIBA Stage 4, the buildings were previously designed as traditional reinforced concrete frames. However, to meet tight programme commitments, Tullys adopted advanced RC construction approaches. These included slip forming, pre-cast columns, post-tensioning and perimeter climbers to speed up the construction and provide economies. Construction piling drawings were issued within 3 months of our appointment.
